This modern design new eave vent is easy to install and suitable for interior and exterior use. Metal eave vents provide air circulation to the roof space and assist with NCC 2022 Condensation Management compliance with 10.8.3.
The small holes prevent pests and insects entering the roof cavity and work as effectively as a mesh. Does not include fixings – 15mm x 8g button head screws (6 per vent) are required. Recommended in brass or plated for outdoor use.
