Sub floor vents and venting kits circulate air under a building to reduce moisture problems. Kits can be further extended with additional ducting if required. Vents are available in different sizes and materials and come with our without mesh.

Sub floor venting is critical for homes that are built on stumps. Without adequate circulation, moisture and mold can do expensive damage to a property. Alpine Ventilation has both sub floor venting kits and sub floor vents to assist.

Kits come with an axial fan (150 or 200mm) plus an alum wall vent, ducting, timer and accessories for installation.

Sub floor vents come in single and double brick sizes, stainless steel or galvanised steel construction, mesh and non-mesh – and some additionally have a hood for added weather protection.
